Privacy Policy
Last updated: July 2026. This Privacy Policy explains how SokaPredict ("we", "us") collects, uses and protects your information when you use our website and messaging services. We are committed to handling your data lawfully and transparently under Kenya's Data Protection Act, 2019.

- Usage data — pages viewed, tips saved, and basic device/analytics information to improve the service.
How we use your information
- To create and manage your account and VIP subscription.
- To deliver football predictions and tips to you by WhatsApp and email, according to your notification preferences.
- To process payments and prevent fraud.
- To respond to your enquiries and improve our predictions and website.
WhatsApp messaging
If you opt in, we send tips and account messages to your WhatsApp number using the WhatsApp Business Platform. You can stop these at any time by replying STOP, and you can update your notification preferences in your dashboard.
Sharing your information
We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with service providers who help us operate — our payment processor (Paystack), messaging platform (WhatsApp/Meta), email and analytics providers — and only as needed to deliver the service, or where required by law.
Data retention & security
We keep your data only as long as necessary for the purposes above or as required by law, and we apply reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect it.
Your rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, and you may withdraw consent to marketing messages at any time. To exercise these rights, contact us using the details below.
Cookies
We use essential cookies to keep you signed in and analytics cookies to understand usage. You can control cookies through your browser settings.
